Parking Lots

Parking Lots allow for separate/multiple parking lots/groups in a single tenant. Useful in multi site/business unit installations.

Location: Settings (Tab) > Parking Lots

• Name

Name of the parking lot

• Parking Extension

Transfer destination to park a call. This is the equivalent to the default 700.

• Parking Positions

The numbers for the parking positions/locations. This is the equivalent to the default 701-720.

• Parked Calls Transfer

Select who can transfer the parked call. Typically set as 'Enabled (Both Sides)'.

• Parked Calls Recordings

Select who can start recording on the parked call.

• Timeout (sec)

Set the time in seconds of how long the call will stay in the parking location before recalling to 'Timeout Destination'.

• Timeout Destination

Set the destination to which calls will recall to after the timeout has expired.

• Custom Ringtone

Set a custom ringtone on the recalling call to be able to distinguish call, i.e 'Ring5'.

• Caller ID Prefix

Set a custom caller ID for the recalling call.

• Music on Hold

Select a MOH class that will be played to callers parked in this parking lot
