Group Hunt

This service rings all provided destinations at the same time. If the call is not answered by any of the provided extensions, it will be transferred to the 'Last Destination'.

NOTE: If placing calls to an external number it may take ~5 seconds until the call is placed.

• Services Status

Whether Group Hunt is enabled or not.

NOTE: Group Hunt can be turned on and off via access codes

• Destination

Enter the destination to be dialled. More destinations can be added by clicking '+' on the right.

• Delay

Number of seconds before destination is dialed.

• Suspend

Toggles if calls are to be delivered to destination.

• Timeout

Time out in seconds before call is considered not answered and delivered to 'Last Destination'.

• Dial Options

Advanced dial options for all incoming calls. See Dial Options for more information.

• Last Destination

This is the destination that is called if all others from the 'Destination' list do not answer. If this destination is voicemail tick ‘Is Voicemail’.

• Confirm Calls

With this option enabled you can make sure that the call is answered by a person and not voicemail. When the call is answered a ‘1’ (or another number on the phone) is required to be dialled to answer the call. If that number is not pressed phone will keep ringing because it is considered unanswered.

• Enable for Local Destinations

Enables Confirm Calls when internal extensions are set as a destination, otherwise only external destinations will have to confirm the call.
