Operation Times Extension

Allows an extension to be redirected based on Operation Times. Times are set using days of week and from/to times.

• Destination

Click '+' on the right to add a new destination

• Destination

Enter a destination to which all calls are redirected during defined time (E.g. 1999)

• Days

Click the days on which this destination is to be active

• Times

Enter to From and To times that the destination is to be active for each selected days

• Options

How many seconds will extension ring before the call is considered unanswered

• Dial Type

Defines how destinations will ring

• Simultaneous - All destinations will ring at the same time

• Sequential - Destinations will ring one at a time, after the timeout (set above) call will move to the next destination in line

• Confirm calls

With this option enabled you can make sure that the call is answered by a person and not voicemail. When the call is answered a ‘1’ (or another number on the phone) is required to be dialled to answer the call. If that number is not pressed phone will keep ringing because it is considered unanswered.

• Last Destination

This is the last destination that is called if all others from the 'Destination' list do not answer. If this destination is voicemail tick ‘Is Voicemail’.
