Call Filters & Blocking

Filters and blocks incoming calls based on incomming CLI, can also be filtering anonymous/private numbers


  • Caller Number

Enter incomming CLI to be blocked/filtered.

By default there is a Anonymous callers entry, others can be added by clicking '+' on the right


  • Destination Type

For Anonymous callers:

    • Do Nothing - Extension will ring normally

    • Call Forward - Incoming call is forwarded to a given number in the Destination field

    • Privacy Manager - To reach you, anonymous caller must set their CallerID

    • Always Busy - Caller receives busy tone

    • Voicemail - Caller is forwarded to a given extension's voicemail

    • Not in service - Caller hears RVA of 'The number you have dialed is not in service...'

    • Ringtone - Sets a specific ringtone to be played on extension

For specific CLI:

  • Call Forward Number - Incoming call is forwarded to a given number in the Destination field

  • No Answer - Caller hears ringback tone, extension does not have indication of incomming call

  • Busy - Caller receives busy tone

  • Voicemail - Caller is forwarded to a given extension's voicemail

  • Not in service - Caller hears RVA of 'The number you have dialed is not in service...'

  • Ringtone - Sets a specific ringtone to be played on extension


  • Destination

Enter the destination for caller

  • If Destation type = Call Forward - Enter destination of where calls will be forwarded to

  • If Destation type = Voicemail - Enter destination of voicemail box to send call to

  • If Destation type = Ringtone - Enter the ringtone to play on extension eg Ring1, Ring2 etc
