Instant Call Recording

NOTE: Each of the following are separate features under the extension enhanced services list.

NOTE: This feature is not available by default and needs to be enabled for the tennant.


  • Instant Recording

Enables instant call recording which can be started anytime during a call, by dialing *159.

  • Silent

Should parties in conversations be informed that calls are being recorded.

  • E-mail recording

Enables Instant Recordings to be emailed


  • Delete Recordings

Enables users to delete recorded calls via 'Self Care > CDR'.

For example, with this option enabled, the user logs into self care, navigates to 'CDR', selects the recorded message and clicks on 'Advanced: Delete Recordings'.


  • Listen to Recordings

Enables listening to recorded calls via 'Self Care > CDR' or by dialing access code *170 on extension and then pressing numbers 1-9. 1 for newest recording and 9 for oldest recording.
