Setting up Call Recording

To enable call recording of ALL TENANT calls:

  • Login to the CK Admin Portal with your Access username and password

  • Navigate to the Customers CloudPBX Product

  • Click on Upgrade/Downgrade Options

    • Set Activate Services/Extension Call Recording Options? = Yes

  • Click on "Click to Continue"

  • Click on "Click to Continue"

  • Your Customers CloudPBX Tenant will then have Call Recording Enabled and available to be set against all services.

To enable call recording of all extension calls:

  • Login to the CloudPBX Portal with your Access username and password

  • Navigate to 'Extensions'

  • Click on 'Advanced Options'

    • Navigate to 'Recordings'

  • Set 'Record Calls'='Yes'

  • Set 'Silent'='No' (if you do not want a beep to constantly play when on the call)

  • Click on 'Save'
