Setting up Call Recording
To enable call recording of ALL TENANT calls:
Login to the CK Admin Portal with your Access username and password
Navigate to the Customers CloudPBX Product
Click on Upgrade/Downgrade Options
Set Activate Services/Extension Call Recording Options? = Yes
Click on "Click to Continue"
Click on "Click to Continue"
Your Customers CloudPBX Tenant will then have Call Recording Enabled and available to be set against all services.
To enable call recording of all extension calls:
Login to the CloudPBX Portal with your Access username and password
Navigate to 'Extensions'
Click on 'Advanced Options'
Navigate to 'Recordings'
Set 'Record Calls'='Yes'
Set 'Silent'='No' (if you do not want a beep to constantly play when on the call)
Click on 'Save'
