Directory / BLF List

The Directory/BLF List is used to enter the list of numbers the user would like to have as contacts. When used with a Busy Lamp Field enabled phone, the user can have a visual indication of if the extension is in use or not.

NOTE: The handset requires to be autoprovisioned and support the BLF feature.

• BLF for Operation Times

DIDs, Queues and IVRs can be defined as BLFs. Add '*404XXX' in the extension field on the BLF list where 'XXX' is a DID, Queue or an IVR number. If BLF is also enabled the button colour will indicate open/closed status.

• Extension

Enter number to be dialed or monitored.

• Label

Enter the label for the button. Internal numbers will auto populate this feild

• BLF

Enable the BLF feature as required, onlt works on internal numbers

• BLF Start

Enter the first key that Directory/BLF keys will start.

NOTE: For Yealink phones the easiest way to work out which key is to start counting from '0'.

• Cart Only

Will BLFs be saved on phone or only on cart

• Clear Unused

Clear all unused BLFs. Only BLFs listed on this page will be visible on the phone
