Greetings

You can either record a greeting and upload it to the CloudPBX and then assign it to the specific service
or you can dial the below codes to record or override greetings from a deskphone or UC Application

*301
Record Greeting

Dial *301 to Record a greeting or another sound file that can be used in your CloudPBX

*303
Change Specific Greeting

Dial *303 then the Service Pilot Number to add this recording to, the original recording will be still be available in the CloudPBX list.

*304
Overwrite Greeting (Not Recommended)

Dial *304 then the Service Pilot Number to add this recording to, the original recording will be completely removed from the CloudPBX and cannot be retrieved.

Queues / ERG

Queue greetings: 'queue-greeting-$NAME.gsm'

Agent announce: 'agent-announce-$NAME.gsm'

Periodic announce: 'periodic-announce-$NAME.gsm'

Queue Callback Agent and Caller announce:'qc-announce-$NAME.gsm'

Ring Group

Greetings: 'greeting-$NAME.gsm'

Confirm Message: "rg-announce-$NAME.gsm'

Call Answered Message: "rg-late-announce-$NAME.gsm'

IVR

Greetings: 'greeting-$NAME.gsm'

DID

Greetings: 'greeting-did-$NAME.gsm'

Voicemail Group

Greetings: 'vm-greeting-$NAME.gsm'
