Australia does not have a central database that is used to look up a company name for a phone number. When a call is made it is only the phone number that is sent to the called party. It is the called party's phone (typically mobile phone) that is doing the lookup and displaying a company name. Each phone vendor seems to have their own database that they use for this lookup (Apple, Google, Samsung etc).
